Munqidh min al-dalal, which are still studied

Being recognized by Nizam al-Mulk, the vizir of
the Seljuq sultans, he was appointed head of the
Nizamiyyah College at Baghdad in 1091. There
he lectured on Islamic jurisprudence, refuted
heresies and also responded to questions from
