Through 150 PMA Long Course (Training Duration 2 Years)
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
▪ Age (Age as on 01 Nov, 2022):
▪ Intermediate or Equivalent 17-22 Years
▪ Graduates (2 years graduation) and Serving PN / PAF Personnel 17-23 Years
▪ Graduates with 4 years graduation programme (BS / BA (Hon) / BBA /BPA) 17-24 Years
▪ Serving Army Soldiers 17-25 Years.
Gender: Male Citizens of Pakistan
Marital Status: Unmarried (Married serving personnel of the Armed Forces over 20 years of age are eligible).
Academic Prerequisites: (a) Minimum 55% marks in FA/FSc and equivalent.
(b) Candidates who secure 60% marks or above in BA / B.Sc., BA / B.Sc. (Hons) and BBA / BPA, with 50% marks in FA / FSc
Flat Feet
Flat feet is a postural deformity in which the arches of the foot collapse, with the entire sole of the foot coming into complete or near-complete contact with the ground.

✅Q.Why is it not allowed?✅
🔴A.The foot has a basic function of shock absorption. When your foot lands on the ground, the arch ensures that the load is first spread to the sole and the heel and then the arch descends to absorb the shock. If there is no arch, the shock is absorbed by the back, which is a problem as it results in back pain during old age. It will lead to chronic heel and arch pain.

🔴Knock knees is the deformity of the knee bone in leg. While standing straight, the two knees should not touch each other. If this touches each other mean, then the candidate is declared as having “Knock Knees”.

Q.Why is it not allowed?
⭕Ans=In the forces, firing and load carrying is an important part of the training and daily life. With excessive carrying angle, aiming while firing and carrying load can hinder the efficiency of a soldier and can become a matter of life and death during the action. Hence, candidates with excessive carrying angle are rejected in the first place itself.

When your arms are held out at the sides and your palms are facing forward, your forearm and hands should normally be about 5 to 15 degrees away from the body. This is the normal “carrying angle” of the elbow. This angle allows your forearms to clear the hips when swinging your arms, such as during walking. 1st and most productive Bar se latkein or apne body ko agay peecha move karwaein.Jitne baar ap ye karsakte hain ap log karein.Is se apka pectoral muscles khulein ge and height increase hoge..Neeche pic attach hai app dekh sakte hain.
⭐2nd Stretching different exercises hain jis se ap apne body ko stretch kar sakte hain.Stretching se apki height increase ho sakti ha.Different exercise neecha pic mein dekhae gae hain jo ap se possible ho wo daily karein.
⭐3rd rope climbing quite helpfull hai wo karein.
Members agar ap under 20 hain then ap easily 2 ya 3 cm increase kar sakte hain.
But it take time agar apko pata hai apke height required height se kam then ap 2 to 3 months mein kafi improv. la sakte hain but regularity must hai

Boys after Fsc pre engineering can join Pakistan navy as PN Cadet.And join various branches of Pak Navy as a PN Cadet.

Boys after specific degree join various supporting Arms in Pak Navy like supply branch,Public Relation officers etc.

Boys who are in 4th or 5th year of MBBS can join Pakistan Navy as a commissioned officer.
▫️𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡.
Boys after MBBS/BDS or after Specialization boys can apply for Medical Branch.And serve as an Medical Officers in various Naval Hospitals.
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 & 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.
Boys After Fsc/Ics with Physics can join PAF as an A&SD Officer.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: For PAF Physics subject is Compulsory.
If you didn't study Physics than you can't apply.

Boys after specific degree can join various supporting branch as SSC Officer.They can join Accounts branch,Education Branch,Engineering Branch etc.

Boys after MBBS/BDS and after specialization can join PAF as a Medical Officers.And serve in various PAF Hospitals.

Boys after Fsc pre Engineering join CAE Risalpur.And Serve as an Aeranautical Engineer in PAF.

Boys with Fsc pre medical join Pak Army as a Doctor.After 6 months trainning at PMA Kakul and get a rank of Captain.
▫️𝐃𝐒𝐒𝐂 (𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝑆ℎ𝑜𝑟𝑡 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛)
Boys after specific degrees in subject can join Pak Army as a Captain.They can get 6 months trainning at PMA Kakul and join specific Corps like AEC,Signals,RV&FC etc.

Boys of who are in 5th year of MBBS can apy for M Cadet and Join Pak Army as a Captain.

Boys after MBBS and BDS can join Pak Army as a Captain and after specialization as a Major.And work as a Commission officer in various Combined Millitary Hospitals.
