👉Ingredients
• 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
• 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
💁♂️Method
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking tray.
2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Add flour and mix into a soft dough.
4. Roll small balls, place on tray, and press lightly with a fork.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes until set and pale.
6. Cool completely before serving or storing.
