The number of hours between them is 9 hours. Divide that by 3 and you have 3 hours to add for each part of the night.

- 🕝 11 pm + 3 hrs = 2 am (third part of the night from 11pm – 2 am)

The Witr should be the last prayer for the night and offered before Fajr starts and should be offered only once for each night. The minimum rakaah for Witr is one and can also increase to 3,5,9,11 and so on "...The Prophet (ﷺ) used pray two rak'ah [of witr], say the tasleem (salam) and then stand to pray one rak'ah [of witr]." (Sunan an-Nasa'i 1601)

How to pray Tahajjud Prayer
The Tahajjud (also known as the night prayer) is a voluntary prayer offered during the night after waking up from sleep. It basically means to give up hujjud, meaning sleep. In the general sense, it is used to mean prayer during the night anywhere between after Isha up until Fajr.
Praying Tahajjud is fairly simple; the steps are as follows:
1) 🌙 Make the niyyah of praying Tahajjud (intention in the heart)
2) 🌙 Recite the dua specifically for the Tahajjud (not mandatory) (1)
3) 🌙 Pray 2 raakats and keep praying in sets of two up until 8 raakat (sunnah) or as much as you are able, depending on your willpower. (2)
Once you complete your prayers you should conclude it with Witr (odd number rakaah).
