The way you wake up in the morning is important and sets out how the rest of your day will be. I created a (lockdown) morning routine that will lift your mood for the day and makes sure you will be optimally rested and focused for the rest of your day because starting the day right is half the work! performing a certain number of activities in the morning have been proven to have many health benefits and major boosts in energy and overall mood, so i've implemented some of these (short) activities here below (you can personalise this to however you see fit, this is merely an example of my own morning routine).
