اس بار گرمی بہت ذیادہ ہے مطلب ہیٹ اسٹروک ہونے کا سب سے زیادہ خطرہ
اسلیئے خاص طور پہ بچوں،بزرگوں اور مریضوں کا خاص خیال رکھے۔
ہلکے کھلے ہوا دار کپڑوں کا استعمال کریں۔
جوتوں جرابوں سے پرہیز کریں اور جتنا ہو سکے کھلی ہوا دار چپل پہنے۔
اٹیک کی صورت میں قریبی اسپتال مریض کو فورا پہنچائے۔
شکریہ
قربانی کا سارا گوشت خود رکھ لینا (کھانا) کیسا ہے؟
قربانی کا گوشت اگر کوئی خود رکھ لے اور کھا لے تو
شرعاً کوئی قباحت نہیں
قربانی ادا ہو جائے گی
کوئی گناہ نہیں
لیکن
مستحب اور زیادہ ثواب والا عمل یہی ہے کہ تین حصے کرے
📌 خلاصہ:
مسلمانوں کے ساتھ پرامن غیر مسلم کو قربانی کا گوشت بطور ہدیہ دینا جائز ہے۔
جنگی دشمن کافر کو دینا جائز نہیں۔
زکوٰۃ،صدقہ واجبہ غیر مسلم کو دینا جائز نہیں۔
🌸 حکمت:
ایسا کرنے سے اسلام کا حسن اخلاق اور انسانیت پسندی ظاہر ہوتی ہے اور دلوں میں نرمی اور محبت پیدا ہوتی ہے۔
اور اگر مسلمانوں کے ساتھ پرامن ہو، دشمنی نہ رکھتا ہو، تو اس کو قربانی کا گوشت دینا نفلی صدقہ کی صورت میں جائز ہے۔
لیکن وجوبی صدقہ (جیسے صدقہ فطر، زکوٰۃ وغیرہ) غیر مسلم کو دینا جائز نہیں۔
📜 دلائل:
1. قرآن کریم میں ارشاد ہے:
> "اللہ تمہیں ان لوگوں کے ساتھ نیکی کرنے اور انصاف کرنے سے نہیں روکتا جو تم سے دین کے معاملے میں جنگ نہیں کرتے اور تمہیں تمہارے گھروں سے نہیں نکالتے۔"
(سورۃ الممتحنہ: 8)
2. حدیث مبارکہ: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے غیر مسلم مہمانوں کو بھی تحفے دیے اور ان کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کی ترغیب دی۔
3. فقہی کتب میں ہے:
علامہ کاسانی رحمہ اللہ (بدائع الصنائع)
علامہ ابن عابدین شامی رحمہ اللہ (ردالمحتار) نے لکھا ہے کہ غیر مسلم کو نفلی صدقہ اور قربانی کا گوشت دینا جائز ہے۔
📌 غیر مسلم کو قربانی کا گوشت دینا کیسا ہے؟
📖 فقہاء کا مؤقف:
علماء کرام نے اس بارے میں تفصیل سے بات کی ہے کہ قربانی کے گوشت کے تین حصے کرنے کا مسنون طریقہ یہ ہے:
1. ایک حصہ خود کھایا جائے
2. ایک حصہ رشتہ داروں اور دوست احباب کو دیا جائے
3. اور ایک حصہ فقراء و مساکین میں تقسیم کیا جائے
اب سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا اس میں سے کوئی حصہ غیر مسلم (ذمی، یا کافر) کو بھی دیا جا سکتا ہے؟
✅ قربانی کے گوشت کا غیر مسلم کو دینا جائز ہے یا نہیں؟
🔹 جمہور علماء کے نزدیک:
اگر غیر مسلم ذمی ہو (یعنی اسلامی ریاست میں رہنے والا، جزیہ دینے والا، پرامن غیر مسلم شہری) تو اس کو نفلی صدقہ، ہدیہ اور حتیٰ کہ قربانی کا گوشت دینا جائز ہے۔
📌 What Is a Curse?
A curse means being deprived of Allah’s mercy and for Allah to remove someone or a people from His mercy.It is a sign of Allah’s intense displeasure and anger.
5️⃣ Disobedient Among the Jews and Christians Who Altered Allah’s Book
> "Cursed were those among the Children of Israel who disbelieved, by the tongue of David and Jesus, son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and used to transgress." (Surah Al-Ma’idah: 78)
6️⃣ The Hypocrites (Munafiqeen)
> "Indeed, Allah has promised the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide forever. It is sufficient for them. And Allah has cursed them, and for them is an everlasting punishment." (Surah At-Tawbah: 68)
7️⃣ The One Who Falsely Accuses His Wife (Li'an)
> "And the fifth time, he should say, ‘May the curse of Allah be upon me if I am lying.’" (Surah An-Nur: 7)
2️⃣ The Disbelievers
> Allah said:
"Indeed, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make a distinction between Allah and His Messengers, and say, ‘We believe in some and reject others,’ intending to adopt a way in between they are truly disbelievers. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment." (Surah An-Nisa: 150-151)
3️⃣ The Wrongdoers (Zalimun)
> "Beware! The curse of Allah is upon the wrongdoers." (Surah Hud: 18)
4️⃣ The Liars
> "Then let the curse of Allah be upon the liars." (Surah Aal-e-Imran: 61)
📖 Those Who Are Cursed in the Holy Qur'an
In the Holy Qur'an, Allah Almighty has cursed many nations, groups, and individuals.
The meaning of a curse (La'nat) is to be deprived of the mercy of Allah.
And this is the greatest punishment from Allah that someone is removed from His mercy.
Here are a few examples and verses from the Holy Qur'an:
📌 Who Are Declared Cursed in the Holy Qur'an?
1️⃣ Satan (Iblis)
> Allah Almighty said:
"And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Judgment." (Surah Sad: 78)
🔸 Islamic Perspective:
The Prophet ﷺ and his noble companions consumed the heart,Liver,Kidneys and other offal.
(Sunan Abu Dawood:3807)
📌 Conclusion:
Every part of a sacrificial animal contains goodness granted by Allah.Wasting them is extravagance and ingratitude.We should:
Avoid discarding fat,Bones and offal.
Derive benefits for ourselves and the needy.
Utilize them in fertilizers,Animal feed,Soap making,Food and medicines.

Unfortunately in today’s time, we waste these precious resources,Committing extravagance,While Islamic teachings and ancient medicine have described their astonishing benefits.
At this very moment, many of our brothers, sisters, and children are facing great hardships.
For the sake of Allah, do not leave them helpless and alone.
اگر انکو ابھی تنہا چھوڑ دیا تو بروز قیامت اللّٰہ کے سامنے کس منہ سے جاؤ گے۔
ابھی بھی وقت ہے دیر نہیں ہوئی۔

This means that for those offering sacrifice,It is also Sunnah to perform the Eid prayer first.And for both those offering and not offering sacrifice,The Eid al-Adha prayer holds importance and virtue.
📌 The Obligation of Sacrifice (Qurbani):
Qurbani is obligatory upon every Muslim man and woman who possesses wealth or assets equal to or exceeding the Nisab (prescribed threshold) during the days of sacrifice,Beyond their essential needs.
Whether or not a person offers sacrifice has no connection to performing the Eid prayer.
In other words:
A person who is liable for sacrifice (i.e. Has wealth above the Nisab) will offer Qurbani and also perform the Eid prayer.
A person who is not liable for sacrifice will not perform Qurbani,But performing the Eid prayer is still recommended (mustahabb) for them.
📌 Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
> "We shall offer the prayer first,Then we will perform the sacrifice."
