Think about what you’re good at, and the unique traits that are hardwired in you. Maybe you are a talented musician or athlete. Or perhaps you have some unique way of teaching others or great communication skills. Instead of worrying about not being as smart, compassionate, or creative as someone else, we must accept and maximize what we have to offer!
You'll be tempted to chase after something you don't even want. And listen to those who are building something you'll hate. Determine what success looks like to you. Chase that.
