اللَّهُمَّ اكْشِفْ هَذِهِ الْغُمَّةَ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ
(ترجمہ)
اے ہمارے رب! تُو اس امت سے غم کو دور کر دے۔

Islam does not suppress emotions, rather it encourages and directs us to show them through the correct channels of marriage, brotherhood and sisterhood, and righteous actions.

The Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam encouraged his followers to show their love to one another. He says, “If you love one of your brothers then let him know so!” (Tirmidhi, Sahih Tirmidhi, etc)
The hadith is self-explanatory and the words of the prophet ﷺ are clear; if you love someone tell them “I love you”.
The Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam said to Mu’aaz, “O Mu’aaz I swear by Allah, I love you…” (Targheeb and Tarheeb)

شکر کِیا ہے لیکن...
دل کو چین آ جائے...

ترکِ محبت کر لینے سے...
ترکِ محبت ہو بھی جائے...
کوئی اُسے جا کر سمجھائے...
ایسا تھوڑی ہو سکتا ہے
کسی کو اس وقت تک گناہگار ھونے کا طعنہ نہ دو، جب تک تمھیں خود یقین نہ ھو جائے کہ تمھارے گناہ بخشے جا چکے ہیں۔
دنیا کی بہترین مصروفیت پیارے آقا حضور خاتم النبییّین ﷺ پر درود شریف بھیجنا
ہے۔
کاموں میں مشغول ہوتے ہوئے بھی درود پاک پڑھتے رہیں کام بھی بہترین ہو گا اور ساتھ ساتھ نیکیوں کا سامان بھی بڑھے گا ان شاء اللّٰہ العزیز
Durood e Pak Reminder
اللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ علٰی مُحمَّدٍ وَّعلٰٓی اٰلِ مُحمَّدٍ کما صَلَّیْتَ علٰٓی اِبْرَاھِیْمَ وَعلٰٓی اٰلِ اِبْرَاھِیْمَ اِنَّکَ حَمِیْدٌ مَّجِیْد
اللّھُمَّ بَارِکْ علٰی مُحمَّدٍ وَّعلٰٓی اٰلِ مُحمَّدٍ کما بَارَکْتَ علٰٓی اِبْرَاھِیْمَ وَعلٰٓی اٰلِ اِبْرَاھِیْمَ اِنَّکَ حَمِیْدٌ مَّجِیْد
Do not be proud if she fears you, for she may also fear a rat.
