سورة التوبة ١٨
اِنَّمَا یَعۡمُرُ مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰہِ مَنۡ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَ الۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ وَ اَقَامَ الصَّلٰوۃَ وَ اٰتَی الزَّکٰوۃَ وَ لَمۡ یَخۡشَ اِلَّا اللّٰہَ فَعَسٰۤی اُولٰٓئِکَ اَنۡ یَّکُوۡنُوۡا مِنَ الۡمُہۡتَدِیۡنَ.
The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah , for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.
اللہ کی مسجدوں کی رونق و آبادی تو ان کے حصے میں ہے جو اللہ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتے ہوں، نمازوں کے پابند ہوں زکٰوۃ دیتے ہوں، اللہ کے سوا کسی سے نہ ڈرتے ہوں، توقع ہے کہ یہی لوگ یقیناً ہدایت یافتہ ہیں۔

سورة التوبة ١٧
مَا کَانَ لِلۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ اَنۡ یَّعۡمُرُوۡا مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰہِ شٰہِدِیۡنَ عَلٰۤی اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ بِالۡکُفۡرِ ؕ اُولٰٓئِکَ حَبِطَتۡ اَعۡمَالُہُمۡ ۚ ۖ وَ فِی النَّارِ ہُمۡ خٰلِدُوۡنَ.
It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally.
مشرکوں کے لیے کبھی یہ حق نہیں ہے کہ وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی مسجدوں کوآباد کریں حالانکہ اپنے آپ پر وہ کفر کی شہادت دینے والے ہیں۔ یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے سارے اعمال ضائع ہو گئے اور وہ ہمیشہ آگ ہی میں رہنے والے ہیں۔
