How can there be for the polytheists a treaty in the sight of Allah and with His Messenger, except for those with whom you made a treaty at al-Masjid al-Haram? So as long as they are upright toward you, be upright toward them. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].
ان مشرکوں کا اللہ تعالیٰ اور اس کے رسول کے نزدیک کوئی عہد کیسے ہوسکتا ہے؟ مگر وہ لوگ جن سے تم نے مسجدِ حرام کے پاس معاہدہ کیا تھا۔ چنانچہ وہ تمہارے لیے پوری طرح قائم رہیں تو تم بھی ان کے لیے پوری طرح قائم رہو۔بلاشبہ اللہ تعالیٰ متقی لوگوں سے محبت کرتا ہے۔
سورة التوبة ٧
کَیۡفَ یَکُوۡنُ لِلۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ عَہۡدٌ عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ وَ عِنۡدَ رَسُوۡلِہٖۤ اِلَّا الَّذِیۡنَ عٰہَدۡتُّمۡ عِنۡدَ الۡمَسۡجِدِ الۡحَرَامِ ۚ فَمَا اسۡتَقَامُوۡا لَکُمۡ فَاسۡتَقِیۡمُوۡا لَہُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ الۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ.
بیٹی کا پہلا حق جو ہم کھا جاتے ہیں وہ اس کے پیدا ہونے کی خوشی ہے.

سورة التوبة ١٣
اَلَا تُقَاتِلُوۡنَ قَوۡمًا نَّکَثُوۡۤا اَیۡمَانَہُمۡ وَ ہَمُّوۡا بِاِخۡرَاجِ الرَّسُوۡلِ وَ ہُمۡ بَدَءُوۡکُمۡ اَوَّلَ مَرَّۃٍ ؕ اَتَخۡشَوۡنَہُمۡ ۚ فَاللّٰہُ اَحَقُّ اَنۡ تَخۡشَوۡہُ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ.
Would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the Messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time? Do you fear them? But Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.
کیا تم ان لوگوں سے نہ لڑو گے جنہوں نے اپنی قسموں کو توڑا اور رسول کو نکالنے کاارادہ کیا اور پہلی بار انہوں نے ہی تم سے ابتدا کی، کیا تم اُن سے ڈرتے ہو؟ حالانکہ اللہ تعالیٰ زیادہ حق دار ہے کہ تم اُس سے ڈرو اگر تم مؤمن ہو۔
