And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. [9. Surah At-Tawbah: 5] سورة التوبة 5 چنانچہ جب حرمت والے مہینے نکل جائیں تو تم مشرکوں کو جہاں پاؤقتل کرو اور ان کو پکڑو اور ان کو گھیرو اور ان کے لیے ہر گھات کی جگہ بیٹھو، پھر اگر وہ توبہ کریں اور نماز قائم کریں اور زکوۃ ادا کریں تو ان کا راستہ چھوڑ دو۔ یقینا اللہ تعالیٰ بے حدبخشنے والا، نہایت رحم والا ہے
